Everything between the Tekla list and the delivery date.
Fabricata Track is deliberately focused: it tracks production and the schedule, and does both properly. It is not an ERP, and it does not ask you to change how your workshop works.
Project set-up
Customer, main contractor, end client, site, order number and the client's own job number, with planned start, planned finish and required delivery dates.
Assemblies and single parts
Separate but related: parts belong to assemblies with a quantity per assembly, shared marks are handled the way Tekla numbers them, and loose parts stand alone.
Quantities that can be partly done
Required, completed and remaining quantity and weight for every mark. 65 of 100 plates cut counts as exactly that.
Work packages
Group items the way your schedule is organised: Columns, Bracing, Ring Mains, Silo Roof.
Workflow templates
Beam preparation, laser-cut plate, plate marked and drilled, structural assembly, or your own. Each part follows only the stages it needs.
Stage credits
Every stage earns a share of an item's weight. Equal by default, weighted if your estimators prefer (welding heavier, for example).
Fast updates
Filter, select and complete a stage for forty assemblies in three clicks. Every change lands in an append-only ledger.
Blocked and on hold
Flag a stage as blocked or on hold with a reason, and it shows up on the dashboard until it is cleared.
Baseline, forecast, actual
The original plan is frozen when you baseline. Forecast changes are recorded with a reason. Actual dates come from production.
Gantt views
Day, week, month, quarter or the whole project, grouped by work package or by stage, with the baseline drawn under every bar.
Overdue and at-risk
Calculated from the dates and the production rate, with a plain-language reason: "Welding projects 9 October, 6 working days after the baseline."
Your working calendar
Choose the days your workshop works, add shutdowns and Saturday shifts. South African public holidays are included to start with.
Project dashboard
Overall progress, tonnes complete and remaining, stage progress, forecast against baseline, the current bottleneck and what changed this week.
PDF schedule and progress report
Designed for print, with your logo. An internal version and a customer version that leaves out internal notes.
Delay register
Every delay with its category, impact and resolution, ready for the next progress meeting or claim.
Activity history
Who completed what, who moved which date and why, filterable by week.
See your own project in it.
Bring a Tekla assembly part list and a planned finish date. That is enough to start.
