Hosting, database, storage and email providers, some of which process information outside South Africa (see the Privacy Policy).
Request Procedure
Submit requests to the Information Officer using the prescribed PAIA form where applicable, with enough detail to identify the record. Lawful fees may apply. Access may be refused where PAIA allows or requires it.

The Information Regulator (South Africa) regulates POPIA and PAIA. Use the contact details and forms published on its website.
